Daws, (703) 806-4607 The Military District of Washington Acquisition Center intends to issue a competitive quotation for hospital grade custodial services for the Child Development Centers, Bldgs. 1745 and 1028. Contractor is required to provide custodial services that are above the norm for Child Care Facility type cleaning. The requirement is for cleaning services equivalent to that of cleaning a hospital. The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, mobile office/storage, and shall plan, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services required. Period of performance is April 1, 1998 through 30 September 1998 with Four (4) Option Years if exercised. Quotation DADW35-98-T-0018 will be available on or about January 26, 1998. The requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The SIC code is 7349 with a Size Standard of $12M. The requirement will be procured in accordance with Commerical Items -- Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Contractors shall be required to submit written quotations. Award shall be based on best value to the Government price and other factors considered, and award could be made to other than the lowest-evaluated offeror.
