This announcement with this amendment constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is amendment N66604-98-R-0393-0001. Amend the solicitation as follows: in the middle of the announcement, between the words "Trouble Desk" and "Permits," delete the sentences and insert the following: The Company shall provide live telephone maintenance assistance to help analyze and direct assistance action for the resolution of problems. This service shall be on a seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hour bases. Voice mail, paging, and answering machines are not acceptable. The Company shall respond on-site if necessary within two (2) hours of the trouble call placed by the Government. All other terms and conditions of the original synopsis/solicitation apply.
