This solicitation is for the procurement of part numbered items manufactured by Warren Pumps Inc. All NSNs are available for download under the "special download" menu item on the DSCC Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB). Access via the Internet is also available by opening a Telnet session to 131.74.160.39. Access is also available via the World Wide Web-refer to WEB LINK. Offerors should be aware that there is a potential for multiple awards. CBD Notes 12 and 26 apply(ies). Solicitation not available until 15 days after published in the CBD. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available for those items with AMSC code other than "G" or "T". The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total extension shall not exceed four years. This is an unrestricted acquisition with a 10% preference for SDB concerns. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete,unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Approved Sources include Warren Pumps Inc. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within Federal Supply Class(es) 4320. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award may be based upon a combination of Price,Past Performance, Proposed Delivery, Mentoring Business Program and Socioeconomic Program as described in this solicitation.
