Included in the construction are: solid sod; concrete; intregrally colored concrete masonry units; quarry tile; fiberglass reinforced plastic panels; paint; metal doors and frames; hardware; skylights; metal soffits, fascia, and siding; toilet accessories; plumbing and electrical fixtures; and wood framed roof structure with fiberglass shingles. Estimated magnitude of work is between $100,000 and $250,000. Issue date for solicitation will be on or about March 9, 1998 at a cost of $64.75 for solicitation and full sized drawings; $51.25 for solicitation and half sized drawings; $20.00 for solicitation only (all charges are nonrefundable).
