The Bureau of Public Debt intends to issue a simplified acquisition for services to assist in analyzing, identifying and solving problems associated with a specific client/server application running on the Bureau of Public Debt's wide area network at 200 Third Street, Parkersburg, WV. The system is written in Visual Basic 3.0 and is using SQL Server Version 6.5. The application is currently written in 16-bit to accommodate clients using Windows 3.1. There are also Windows 95 users. The Windows 3.1 users communicate using IPX and the Windows 95 users use Multiprotocol IP from their desktops.
