Procurement of Desert Flight Suits, khaki colored, Nomex, complete with all khaki-colored accessories to include the placement of Velcro to accompany the placement of rank insignia and command patches. Two-way front zipper is required on each suit. All thread, zippers, and Velcro must be Nomex khaki color. Nomex must be 4.5 ounce, piece-dyed and fire-resistant. Name tape Velcro must be khaki colored, 2"x4" rectangular and centered on the left breast. Command emblem Velcro, 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" khaki centered on the right breast. Khaki Velcro 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" square piece placed on each sleeve just below the shoulder. Chest pockets with military, rust-proof zippers. Sleeve pocket for pen and pencil, with bellows, zipper on forward side and Velcro flap covering pen/pencil. Adjustable 1-inch waist velcro tabs. Thigh pockets with Nomex khaki colored military zipper. Leg pockets with Nomex khaki colored military zipper. Knife pocket on left inner thigh. Leg zippers with gussets on front of leg. Pleated action back. Adjustable Velcro sleeve tabs, khaki colored. Round collar. Size ranges 34, 35, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46, and 48 in short, regular and long. A requirements contract is contemplated with deliveries to approx. 6 different European locations. The entire contract period, including options, will not exceed 36 months.
