This procurement is for the transportation and disposal of wastes at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) located at Glynco, Georgia. Specific wastes to be transported and disposed of may vary. All wastes will be packaged in shipping containers that meet DOT specifications; some wastes may be "over-packed" where a smaller container is placed inside a larger outer container. Wastes may or may not be hazardous wastes in accordance with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). Identified waste streams include: non-PCB-contaminated RCRA hazardous waste liquids, non-PCB-contaminated hazardous waste solids, and asbestos wastes. It is the Government's intent to award one indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract as a result of this solicitation. The contract will be for a one year period, with 4 additional one-year options. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 4953. This solicitation is a 100% set aside for small businesses. In order to be considered a small business for this solicitation, the offeror's average annual gross revenue for the last 3 fiscal years can not exceed $6.0 million.
