approximation. This is a sole source requirement to TACTech, Inc, 22700
Savi Ranch Parkway, Yorba Linda, CA 92687. This requirement is for the
Diminishing Manufacturing Sources(DMS)/Obsolescence Management
Software System. This system is a proprietary software product
consisting of Basic Site Services/Site License; Obsolescence Database
Server; Workstation Software; Obsolescence Database Researach/Loading
Services; and Software Training/Familiarization. Contractor shall
provide Initial On-Site Installation; Software Updates/Release Support;
Software System Support; Field Support; Software Training; and Weapon
System Component Research in accordance with the Statement of Work:
Diminishing Manufacturing Sources(DMS)/Obsolescence Mangement Software
System. This will be a Indefinte Delivery/Indefinte Quanity (ID/IQ)
type contract for a period of 5 years. This contract will have a
minimum order of 1 system with an estimated ceiling value of $5
million. The requirement for this ID/IQ contract is an estimated
acquisitions of 5 to 6 systems per annually. In addition, it requires
that software licenses will be renewed annually on installed systems
during years 2 through 5. It is also estimated that approximately 50%
of the installed base system users will require additional "on-site"
training/familiarization. An Ombudsman has been appointed for this
acquisition. The only purpose of the Ombudsman is to receive and
communicate serious concerns from potential offerors when an offeror
prefers not to use established channels to communicate his/her concerns
during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. Potential
offerors should use established channels to request information, pose
questions and voice concerns before resorting to use the Ombudsman.

this synopsis. All responsible sources may submit a proposal/quotation
which shall be considered by the agency. When requesting a

whether it is a small disadvantaged business. All interested parties
are urged to provide their CAGE Code and DUNS/CAGE Code with their
written or faxed request for solicitation documents. Requests must be
written. Verbal requests will not be honored. All requests must state
that the vendor is not currently on the Consolidated List of Debarred,
Suspended and Ineligible Contractors or otherwise ineligible to
