Offerors shall provide a cafeteria whereby food is prepared on-site and obtained by employees through a serving line. The cafeteria is to operate for the benefit of approximately 1460 Postal employees who will be occupants at this location, 7 days a week, 24 hours per day. The manuel cafeteria will operate on a break-even basis, 5 days per week with vending supplement for weekends and holidays. Estimated revenue is approxiamtely $254,000.00 annually.
