SOURCES SOUGHT-The 21st CONS, PETERSON AFB, CO, is determining the availability of commercial sources under FAR Part 12 for nonpersonal services and all other items necessary to operate the Official and Leisure Commercial Travel Office for Peterson AFB CO; USAFA, CO; and Falcon AFB CO (all locations are within the Colorado Springs, CO vicinity except as noted). The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 4724, Travel Agencies. The contractor will be required to offer a discount fee for official travel from the GSA price schedule and a concession fee for unofficial travel. All sources capable of performing on a contract of this nature are invited to respond and submit capability statement to cover the following key areas: 1.) Management: personnel and organizational staff experience, project management experience, and experience in performing similar or like functions. 2.) Technical: Similar work performed under Government or Commercial contract, to include a self-assessment of your performance regarding this function. 3.) Past Performance: Current and past clients, with contract type and contract value. Past and present performance should have been performed within the past 5 years. 4.) Business Size Status (large, small, SDB/8a, woman-owned). Your submission must be received no later than (NLT) 4 Feb 98. Failure of a small business to respond may be cause for the acquisition to be solicited under full and open competition. A full service travel office servicing official and leisure travel with specific requirements to be met at six separated locations: airline reservations, hotel and billeting reservations, rental car services, ticketing using GTA and using individual government travel cards. Offerors will be required to submit technical and cost proposals for evaluation purposes.
