Carney (Site Code W31XNJ) DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Project includes dry-docking and perform repairs to snagboat "ROS". Contractor shall furnish facilities, utilities, labor, movement while in contractor's custody, fittings, tools, power, fuel, lubricants, water, etc., necessary to accomplish work. The Snagboat "ROS" is a self-propelled, twin screw, steel hull vessel with length overall-170 foot-6 inch hull, beam overall-42 foot-8 inch, molded depth amidship-7 foot-8 inch, and a displacement of approximately 755 long tons light. Delivery will be made by the Government at no cost for areas between Panama City, Florida and New Orleans, LA. Beyond those points, charges will be assessed at $35.00 for each statute mile.
