The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with XTG Incorporated, for an audio-visual media system and various subsystem design and installation in the Arizona State Office, Phoenix, Arizona. The media system shall be functionally compatible with systems already installed and operating at the BLM National Training Center, BLM Idaho State Office, and the National Park Service Albright Training Center. Contractor performance shall include all travel to and from the job site, tools, parts, installation materials, electronic design, expendables, safety equipment, document preparation, software programming, equipment acquisition, photocopying, system drawings, and all other activities required to deliver a completed and functioning system.
