The U.S. Department of State is seeking additional firms to participate in a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for the design, fabrication, installation and repair of R/F and Acoustical Shielded Enclosures. There will be two types of BOA's: one for RF shielded rooms only and one for RF and Acoustical shielded rooms. Offerors will have the option of submitting their technical proposals for either one of the above mentioned BOA's. Depending on the specific project, firms selected for these Basic Ordering Agreements shall possess either a Secret or Top Secret facility security clearance and have personnel cleared either at the Secret or Top Secret level in accordance with the DOD Industrial Security Manual, DOD 5220.22-M. Firms shall also have safeguarding capability, approved by the Defense Investigative Service, for Secret classified information.
