Solicitation Notice: This announcement is for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Job Order Contract (JOC). This solicitation is for a multiple discipline, multiple year contract. Projects likely to be covered by this contract will be for maintenance, repair, and minor construction at the 105th AW, New York Air National Guard (NYANG) Base, Stewart Airport, 1 Militia Way, Newburgh, New York. Delivery Orders will be based on individual projects and may be issued over a period of one calendar year from the date of award; with options to extend the basic contract for four (4) additional one year periods. Delivery Orders shall not exceed a cumulative amount of $5,000,000; Under no circumstances may an Individual Delivery order exceed $300,000. The minimum guaranteed value of this contract is $5,000. IFB DAHA30-98-B-0003 will be issued on or about February 26, 1998 with a Bid Opening Date on or about March 31, 1998. Criteria for evaluation of bids will be detailed in the solicitation.
