The work to be performed consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to Revitalize Operation Facility, Building 60 at Charleston AFB, SC. The work is the renovation of a two story 24,628 square foot building. The work includes, but is not limited to demolition of all brick veneer, windows, doors, roofs, exterior deck, HVAC, electrical equipment and most interior partitions, fixtures, finishes, and removal of asbestos. Existing structure, including foundation, concrete slabs, steel columns and exterior stairs will remain. Architectural features of the renovation work include new standing seam metal roof, brick veneer, new windows, doors, store front and metal entrance canopies. The work also includes all new finishes including ceramic tile, carpet, suspended acoustic tiles and vinyl composite tile, add a new elevator. Building systems include complete, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. The solicitation will be evaluated using Performance Price Trade Off Procedures. An integrated assessment of the offer's price and past performance will be performed. Evaluation factors shall be set forth in Sections L and M of the solicitation. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the lowest price. This solicitation is unrestricted. Performance time is 365 calendar days.
