Michael Dodd, SEA 02522, (703)602-8000 Ext 568 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) proposes to compete purchase orders between COMSAT/RSI, Electromechanical Systems (C/RSI) and Northrop Grumman Norden Systems, Incorporated (NGNS) for the acquisition of repair parts and repair, alterations, overhaul, refurbishment and maintenance of AN/SPS-67(V)3 Antenna Groups under identical Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) with each of these firms. Awards will be made under either BOA N00024-98-G-5216 with C/RSI OF 6200 118th Avenue North, Largo, FL 34643 or BOA N00024-98-G-5217 with NGNS of 65 Marcus Drive, Melville, NY 11747 . Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) which states "Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". The orders to be competed may also provide for field engineering services to support installation, checkout, testing, or repair of field change kits and peripheral equipment associated with the AN/SPS-67(V) 3 Antenna Group.
