R -- FEDLINK INFORMATION RETRIEVAL SERVICES DELIVERY ORDER SOL ARLV/WE DUE 020998 POC Joan McCoy, Contracting Officer The Library of Congress intends to issue delivery orders against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to renew subscriptions with West Publishing Corporation for the continued use and access of their database for the Army Pentagon Library, Washington DC (ARLV). West provides an online fully-interactive legal research service consisting of legal and legal-related information including such items as judicial opinions, statutes, regulations, and other information. Information is provided generally in full-text format and some information includes specialized editorial enhancements made by West. West CD-ROM Libraries provide topical, full-text information on a wide range of legal and legal-related subjects which include federal securities, federal taxation, government contracting, federal civil practice, federal bankruptcy and Delaware corporate law. Service will be continued through September 30, 1998. WRITTEN RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE PRICES AND TECHNICAL DATA SUFFICIENT TO DETERMINE CAPABILITY. No telephone calls will be accepted.
