The objective of this procurement is to identify and select firm(s) that have the required qualifications, commitment, expertise and experience in: (1) single family frame housing design and construction, (2) single family and multifamily rehabilitation, (3) on-site infrastructure systems, (4) building code and regulatory issues, (5) environmental quality issues, (6) manufactured housing, (7) resource conservation, (8) housing and natural or manmade hazards; and (9) accessibility for disabled persons. Indefinite Quantity, Task Order Contract(s) are contemplated to be awarded with an ordering period of 48 months. This solicitation will be available on or about 02/12/98.
