It is for commercially available portable tool boxes including mobile tool cabinets/chests, intermediate chests, top chests, side cabinets, and accessories. This will not be set-aside for small business. MAS standing solicitations do not have a closing date for receipt of offers, identical items will NOW be awarded to more than one contractor, and contracts awarded will have variable contract periods. New offers may be submitted in response to this MAS standing solicitation at any time, not just at the time a standing solicitation is "refreshed" or updated. Variable contract award periods of five (5) years will commence on the date of award. These items were previously purchased under Commercial Acquisition Multiple Product (CAMP) contracts. Any assigned national stock numbers (NSNs) will be cancelled and replaced by special item numbers (SINs) foreach type of tool box mentioned above.
