Description: Non-Personal Services: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment (except for those items and materials identified as Government furnished) required for the handling, recovery, cleanup, and disposal of Triethyl Phosphate (TEP) and TEP contaminated materials for two (2) high explosive test events (approximately six (6) weeks apart) at the Premanent High Explosive Test Site (PHETS), White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico. The Contractor shall perform tank filling operations involving approximately 4000 gallons of TEP and subsequent cleanup operations. This agency intends to issue the Solicitation on or about 6 Feb 1998. A mandatory site visit is required and tentatively scheduled for 17 Feb 1998. Responses will be due approximately 2 Mar 98.
