Cirion The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue Request for Proposal N00024-98-5432 on a sole source basis to Raythen E-Systems, St. Petersburg Operation, 1501 72nd Street North, St. Petersburg, FL 33710 for the acquisition of engineering and technical supplies and services in support of the Coopertative Engagement Capability research and development programs. The scope of this requirement includes a level of effort contract for design and development support, technical feasibility evaluations, system and subsystem trade-off analysis, test event support, program documentation, program management and planning, training, spare and repair parts. The period of performance is from date of contract for one year with options for 4 additionsl years. The authority for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). see Numbered Note(s) 22 and 26. (0026)
