The Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS), intends to procure on a sole source basis, teleprocessing services, including technical support, from General Dynamics Information Service (formerly known as Computing Devices International, a division of Ceredian Corporation), 2200 Clarendon Blvd., Arlington, VA 22201. Services are required for the continuation of the proprietary Government On-Line Accounting Link System (GOALS). The period of performance is estimated to be from October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999, with two one-year option renewals. The solicitation will be released on or about February 15, 1998. Interested vendors must submit a written technical capability statement which clearly demonstrates their capability to fulfill the required services by no later than 15 days after the date of this synopsis.
