Contractor shall provide the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Video, Teleconference & Radio Center, with the duplication, packaging, distribution, and evaluation of two (2) separate thirty second television public service announcements (PSA's) and one (1) thirty second radio PSA. Contractor will duplicate PSA's in sufficient quantity to provide one (1) for each english-speaking station in the country, including cable stations and major networks (approximately 1200 for television and 3000 for radio). Contractor will also be responsible for printing, distribution, and follow-up of business reply cards (BRC's) as specified in RFQ.
