J034 -- The U.S. Army ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal, N.J. has a requirement for the contractor to provide all necessary labor, repair and maintenance parts, tools, test equipment and transportation as required for the completion of services requested on a per-call basis. Services to be performed will entail all necessary repair, adjustment, parts, maintenance supplies, disassembly and assembly, utility connects and disconnects associated with the Industrial Plant Equipment (IPE) to include all electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components and systems applicable to the specific equipment. Repairs on controls can range from replacement of single component on boards to complete retrofit of new controls and drives. For all remedial/emergency service requests, contractor personnel shall provide service within four (4) hours of notification. For any non-emergency service requests, contractor personnel shall provide service within two (2) days of notification. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel (competent, experienced and highly qualified) to provide services without delay or interference with on-going government functions. Period of Performance is for one (1) year with three (3) one year options. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. For the purpose of this action, the small business size standard is $3.5 Million. See Note #1.
