70 -- ORACLE SOFTWARE SOL N00253-98-R-0002 DUE 031398 POC Victor Angkico (360) 396-5671 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicite for the following Oracle software products: Oracle Server-1035 copies; Personal Oracle-525 copies; and Discover 2000 Plus- 162 copies utilizing the policy and procedures of FAR Part 12, Commercial Acquisitions. Delivery of the software is desired within 30 days after award. The acquisition will be limited to only those firms who can provide the Oracle products listed. Oracle products are required as the U.S. Navy has expended a great deal of time and funds in the development of Oracle software applications in support of the the NAVAIR Computer Based Training System Initiatiatives, designed to improve the effectiveness of and to establish continuity with the Naval aviation training continuum. The software will specifically be used for the development of Oracle software applications for the AMTCS version 1.0. All responsible sources capable of providing the requested software may submit a proposal which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
