The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service Office is seeking to award multiple fixed price contracts for nursing services on a requirement basis. Contractor shall provide professional and non-professional nursing services in the Inpatient, Ambulatory, Field Clinic and Public Health Nursing Departments within the Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service health facilities located throughtout New Mexico and southern Colorado. Nurses shall be required to work various shifts and days of the week including weekends and federal holidays. Service providers shall be required to provide proof of documented professional and health requirements of Certified Nurse Assistants, Licensed and Registered Nurses. Services will be provided to all eligible patients of the Albuquerque Area IHS who are predominantly members of the 19 Pueblos, Navajo, Mescalero and Jicarilla Apache Tribes. The contract period will be for one (1) year from date of award, with four (4) one-year options for renewal. Solicitation issue date is o/a 2/18/98.
