FISC San Diego is announcing its intent to issue a sole source procurement for the Electro static discharge equipment from Static Control Services Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302. This procurement is unrestricted; all responsible sources may submit an offer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is N00244-98-Q-0123. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-11. The standard industrial code is 3679, and the business size standard is 500 employees. The requirement is for the following items: Clin 0001 is for ninety-six (96) each total room QuikTrac TARI bars, 1 emitter pair perfour (4) foot segment, the P/N: is TRQT-TARI. Clin 0002 is for ninety-six (96) each one- (1) foot interconnect bars, P/N: 4005243. Clin 0003 is for eight (8) each "T" right interconnect bars (T-right), P/N: 4005240. Clin 0004 is for eight (8) each "T" left interconnect bars (T-left), P/N: 4005242. Clin 0005 is for sixteen (16) each four- (4) foot interconnect bars, P/N: 4005246. Clin 0006 is for eight (8) each right angle interconnect bars (L-right), P/N: 4005237. Clin 0007 is for eight (8) each right angle interconnect bars (L-left), P/N: 4005239. Clin 0008 is for eight (8) each center interconnect bars (T-center), P/N: 4005241. Clin 0009 is for eight (8) each 2' interconnect bars, P/N: 4005244. Clin 0010 is for five hundred (500) each gold socket .020 electrode pins (hex electrode). Clin 0011 is for fifteen (15) each female adapters, P/N: 5050536. Clin 0012 is for fifteen (15) each male adapters, P/N: 5050537. Clin 0013 is for three (3) each cables, P/N: 5050548. Deliveries of all items are to be FOB Dest to NADEP North Island, CA.
