Headquarters, IOC has a requirement to provide test administrators for the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) Student Testing Program for US MEPCOM, North Chicago, IL. These tests are pencil and paper tests. The test administration will be required for the areas serviced by six Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS). These MEPS are located in Baltimore, MD; Louisville, KY; Portland, OR; Los Angeles, CA; Oklahoma City, OK; and Spokane, WA. Contractor shall be responsible for suitable staffing, test security, site confirmation, actual test administration at school sites (including delivery of all necessary supplies and materials to site), submission of test results to area MEPS, and completion and submittal of all necessary reports and forms.
