Provide and install a keyless locking system replacing key locks in Pine Tree In Government Hotel at Ellsworth AFB, SD. Total number of locks required is 388. The Air Force Government Hotel automated system (SIMS) is a UNIX based system. The proposed system should interact with the SIMS operating system. Key features should include the following: invalidate quickly and easily, system shall be able to grant access to staff members by zones and groups, system shall have the capability to conduct an audit in non volatile memory to indicate date and time the lock was accessed, key cards shall allow for local logos and be standard ABA, locking mechanism shall be anti pick latch with dead bolt, coding of key cards shall take no more than 60 seconds, locking devices shall continue to perform during power outage, deadbolt and latch shall retract automatically by single action of inner handle. After installation is completed, contractor shall provide hands-on training on operation and maintenance. Contractor shall provide all commercial manuals, software, and licenses upon completion of installation. Required delivery date, including installation, is 60 days after award of contract.
