The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) has a requirement for a Hose Reel System (HRS) for use with petroleum distribution equipment in a tactical environment. The Hose Reel System will transport, store, lay and retrieve 6-inch lightweight lay flat collapsible discharge hose. This acquisition is a fixed price, single award that is full and open competition. The Period of Performance is one base year for twelve (12) HRSs and 2 Option years available to purchase up to 11 HRS in each year. Award is anticipated for the fourth quarter of FY98 and is expected to be based on best value considering technical and cost.
