Grocery paper bags shall be heavy weight, 70 lb. basis weight and 60 lb. basis weight (size 25 and 12 for 60 lb.). A bid shall be submitted for delivery to all commissaries located within the European Region. A firm fixed price with economic price adjustment requirements type contract is contemplated.
