The herbicides shall be applied both by ATV/4x4 and by hand application. The work involves identifying the knapweed plant by using spot application on the individual plant, by either vehicle or hand application, in various areas of the Training Center. The herbicides shall be applied in the Spring (March-April) and again in the Fall (September-October). This aggressive control of Knapweed is to prevent the serious threat it poses to native plants. Contract period is 15 March 1998 through 15 October 1998). This is a partial requirements contract and delivery orders will be issued against this contract for the requirements items. This procurement will be issued as Small Business set-aside.
