The Department of the Army is issuing a Request for Quote for services described in the statement of work / Technical Specifications. Interested firms are advised that the grounds maintenance services are currently contracted under the Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act with the National Institute for the Severely Handicapped (NISH) designated workshop, Cochise County Association for the Handicapped (CCAH).
