Concerns having the ability to furnish the following services are requested to give written notification within 20 days from the date of this synopsis. The General Services Administration intends to obtain switched telecommunications services capable of supporting from 384 to 1,842 off premise Main stations lines from the local exchange carrier. Services are for Federal agencies in Lakewood CO, Salt Lake City UT, Bismarck and Fargo, North Dakota. Switched telecommunications services must include switched intercom, access to the Public message network and access to FTS 2000 networks and voice mail. Number of lines at individual locations varies from 1 to 770. Space for switching equipment will not be provided. Rate Stabilization Agreements will be for periods of one year and may possibly include 4 one year option periods. The Government may terminate agreements with 30 days written notice. Concerns that respond should furnish detailed data concerning their capacity to meet the Governments requirement.
