Remove existing roof system, approximately 975M2 (10,500 square feet), down to the existing structural concrete deck on the Sixth floor, North end of The US Post Office and Courthouse Building, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. System components to be removed include, but are not limited to, Modified Bitumen membrane roofing, built-up roofing, insulation, vapor barrier, membrane flashings, metal Flashings except where indicated to remain, and accessory items as required for installation of the new roof system and accessories. 2. Install new roof system, approximately 975M2 (10,500 square feet), on the Sixth floor, North End of the US Post Office & Courthouse Building, Pittsburgh, PA., consisting of Tapered Polyisocyanurate insulation board mechanically attached to the concrete roof deck, gypsum roof board overlay, two-ply torch applied SBS Modified Bitumen membrane and membrane flashings, metal flashings and accessories including replacement of existing roof drains. 3.
