Pathfinder (ESSP) Partnering Workshop is scheduled at NASA's Goddard
Space Flight Center (GSFC), in Greenbelt, MD. The workshop is
scheduled, March 16-17, 1998, 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m., in the building 8
auditorium. The workshop objective is to facilitate
industry/government/university teaming with NASA Principal
Investigators (PI's) for proposal submissions under the upcoming ESSP
Announcement of Opportunity. The workshop will cover desired Earth
Science measurement objectives, requirements, mission concepts, and
technology requirements and developments, and will include
presentations by NASA PI's. University PI's are invited to present at
this workshop, but must schedule their presentations, by not later than
March 3, 1998, with Mr. Charles Cote, GSFC, at 301-286-8406.
Confidential discussions between attendees and NASA PI's may be held
during the workshop. The expected audience for this workshop is GSFC,
LaRC, MSFC, and ARC PI's, University, Industry, and Government agency
scientists and engineers. Workshop registration is required by March 3,
1998. Registration is accomplished via Email to Patty Golden at
golden@agnes.gsfc.nasa.gov. Provide the name, affiliation, citizenship,
Email address, and telephone number for each attendee. Additional
