The Contractor shall supply the following personnel to the Harpers Ferry Center, located in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia: Administrative Coordinator (1 FTE); Clerical Worker (1 FTE); Senior Counselor (1 FTE); Counselors (2 FTE); Orientation Coordinator (1 FTE); Occupation Exploration Specialist (1 FTE); Placement Specialist (1 FTE); Senior Recreation Specialist (1 FTE); Recreation Specialists (2 FTE); Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Specialist (1 FTE); Vehicle Operator (1 FTE); Senior Resident Advisor (1 FTE); Maintenance Workers (2 FTE); Resident Advisors (3.7 FTE); and Substitute Teacher (.5 FTE). The Contractor shall provide the following personnel to the Great Onyx Center, located in the Mammoth Cave National Park, near Cave City, Kentucky: Administrative Coordinator (1 FTE); Senior Recreation Specialist (1 FTE); Recreation Specialists (2 FTE); Residential Advisors (4 FTE); Counselor (1 FTE); Registered Nurse (1 FTE); Licensed Practical Nurse (1 FTE); Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Specialist (1 FTE); Driver/Clerk Infirmary (1 FTE); Work Experience Driver (1 FTE); Clerical Workers (1.5 FTE); Driver Education Instructor (1 FTE); Center Standards Officer (1 FTE); Substitute Teacher (.5 FTE); Maintenance Workers (2 FTE); Hotel/Motel Instructor (1 FTE) and Business and Clerical Instructor (1 FTE). Estimated Period of Performance from July 1, 1998, through June 30, 1999, with options to extend the period of performance for four (4) additional one-year periods. Solicitation to be issued on or about March 24, 1998. Pre-preposal conference to be held approximately two weeks following issuance of the solicitation, specific date to be announced therein.
