SPACE TEST AND ENGINEERING CONTRACT (STEC '99) NOTICE OF SOURCE SELECTION: A source selection is in progress at Kirtland AFB, NM for the Space Test and Engineering Contract (STEC 99). (RFP F29601-97-R-0028). The anticipated period of source selection is 27 Feb 98 through 30 Jun 98. During the period 27 Feb 98 until contract award, offerors requesting information regarding this program shall contact the contracting officer only. Contacts regarding, or briefings concerning the requirement by participating offerors with other government personnel are prohibited. The Contracting Officer is the only person authorized to contact offerors, and the Source Selection Authority is the only person with authority to release information regarding an ongoing source selection.
