Provide transportation services for VA Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104. The transportation will be for our ambulatory, wheelchair bound and stretcher V.A. beneficiaries. There is an estimated amount of four (4) out-of-town trips per day (more or less based on patient demand). Average number of miles outside of city limits for the contract period are estimated at 47,000 miles. Contractor must be able to service the Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas areas. Trips are paid one way only. Contract will be for the period of one year from date of award with two option years to renew. Solicitation will be issued o/a 3/6/98 with BOD o/a 4/6/98.
