Provide all labor, material, plant, equipment, supplies and coordination necessary to refurbish (3) three tennis courts. Two (2) of the courts will require the existing asphalt surface to be removed, the base material to be replenished and reworked as necessary and the asphalt surface replaced. A new playing surface, consisting of an acrylic emulsion specifically designed for tennis courts will then be applied to all three courts. The courts will be relined in accordance with United States Tennis Association Specifications. The proposed work is not located in a secure area, therefore; a Government escort will not be required. The period of performance for this project is 120 calendar days from the date of award. The Government will hold a site visit for all interested sources. The contractor should make an on site visit to evaluate the project to determine the extent of the repairs/work to be completed prior to submitting their proposal. The approximate issue date will be 02 Apr 98 with the approximateresponse date of 04 May 98. The cost range for this project is approximately $25,000 to $100,000. This is not a Request for Proposals.
