Q -- PRIMARY CARE CLINIC POC Adam Dearing, (214) 302-7520 The VA North Texas Health Care System, Dallas, Texas, is negotiating a sole source contract with Parkland Health & Hospital System, 5201 Harry Hines Blvd., Dallas, Texas, for an existing primary care clinic in the Pleasant Grove area of Dallas County. Parkland Health & Hospital System is the Dallas County health care system. Contractor shall provide capitated care to eligible VA beneficiaries. The range of primary care services includes basic primary physician care, routine labs, and basic x-ray services. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source and a solicitation is not available.
