Armstrong (970) 490-7216 The Western Area Power Administration of the Department of Energy has a requirement for nonpersonal services to provide all the labor, materials, equipment and other resources necessary for application of herbicides in facilities and adjacent areas as listed in the statement of work. The work is located at various sites in the states of Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico. The contractor shall be licensed by each state to perform the services. One year contract period from the date of award with an option for renewal in each of the succeeding four years. The Services Contract Act applies to this requirement and the appropriate Wage Determination will be incorporated into the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued o/a March 20, 1998. This is a Commercial Services Request for Quotation and will be handled in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13. This requirement is set-aside for small business.
