Saint Louis, Contracting Officer, 304/636-1800, extension 265 The Monongahela National Forest anticipates contracting for the aerial fertilization of an experimental watershed on the Fernow Experimental Forest in Tucker County, West Virginia. The work includes the application of granular ammonium sulfate fertilizer to an 85-acre experimental watershed once during November, March and July. Application can be made by either fixed-wing aircraft or helicopter meeting the certifications under Federal Aviation Regulation 137 and equipped with a Global Positioning System. The project includes a base year and four additional option years of application. This project is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible offerors may submit an quotation for consideration.
