Contractor is to furnish all plant, labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for the maintenance of Base Finishing. Work will include interior/exterior painting, removal and replacement of carpet, removal and replacement of tile and cove base, sanding and staining of wood doors, removal and replacement of hand rails and wall guards, and remove and replace wall covering. This contract will also include miscellaneous interior and exterior finishing work. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The resulting contract will be an Indefinate Delivery Indefinate Quantity (IDIQ) with a basic year and two option years.. Work under this contract shall be completed on delivery orders received within 365 calendar days after date of contract award. Each Delivery Order issued against this contract shall have a separate "Period of Performance". The proposed acquisition is competitive 8(a) restricted to the state of Arizona.
