The Contractor must construct work= in phases to accommodate government occupancy required during construction. The Commissary will be open for business during the construction period, therefore, the Contractors working hours will be Monday 7 AM to 6 PM, and Tues. thru Fri. 4 PM to midnight. Magnitude of= the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A 20% bid bond is required= if the bid is over $100,000. Performance and Payment Bonds are required= for the contract if it exceeds $100,000. A 50% Payment protection, but no Performance Bond is required for the contract if it is greater than $25,000 and less that $100,000. The SIC code for this procurement is 1541 and the size standard is $17M. Performance time is 180 calendar days.
