Work Can be summarized as follows: Relocate security control center, refurbish perimeter barrier/fence, rehabilitate four entry control points including gates card access system, lighting, CCTV and one new bus stop and shelter, relocate visitor parking, establish a visitor control point, upgrade security exterior lighting system, upgrade CCTV system including 10 interior and 26 exterior cameras, upgrade /expand perimeter intrusion detection system (IDS), provide double door booths for electronic entry control system at five entry points, replace sensors at mail/computer room access doors, secure access to utility services including natural gas service/cooling tower, diesel fuel storage, sewage plant, fire system, total energy plant, RUPS building and switchgear station, install tamper resistant hinges on outside doors, install fragmentation retention film on outside windows (not on atrium windows), install isolation valves in loop fire supply line. Estimated cost range is $1,000,000 -- $5,000,000. This procurement is being issued under the Small Business Demonstration Program and is open to both small and large business concerns.
