This requirement is being negotiated on s sole source basis with Advanced Acoustic Concepts, Inc., 200 13th Avenue, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779-6820, the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the original SPS. Delivery is to be made, F.O.B. Destination, within six months following the date of the contract/exercise of the option to the Receiving Officer, Naval Undersea Warfare Engineering Station, Kayport, WA 98345-5000.
