NATO C3 Agency is inviting bids for the provision of multi-band
transportable satellite ground terminals for the NATO CIS Contingency
Assets Pool. Each terminal shall be equipped for at least four
simultaneous duplex links througha military for commercial satellite,
communicating with another terminal of its type or inter-operating with
existing static anchor terminals and gateway terminals. To facilitate
a short delivery time (less than 12 months for the first terminal), use
of Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) style equipment shall be accepted,
provided adequate certification of performance is made available. ECCM
and bulk-encryption capabilities are required, but these will be
provided through use of Customer Furnished Equipment (CFE). All
applicants must be certified to compete in NATO ICB by the U.S.
Department of Commerce, Office of Telecommunications. Submit all
