The requirement also provides two optional DS-3 F/O cable links. One between Peterson AFB, CO and Falcon AFB, CO and the other between Peterson AFB, CO and Cheyenne Mountain AFB, CO. This requirement will ultimately replace contracts currently held by US West Communications. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded for one year with four (4) one-year options to extend.
