Award will be made on a brand-name (BioBubble, Inc.) or equal basis. The acquisition will be made as a Small Business set aside and will be commercial off-the-shelf. Specifications will include the following: 1) airlock -- Skin: 16-20 mil, optically clear, hospital grade vinyl; Filtration: UL Class 1, High Efficiency Particulate Air Filters, Frame: 1-1/4 inch diameter aircraft-grade aluminum tubing; Air Changes: 100 or more per hour; Dual inlet blower 3-6 amp/60 Hz/ w/pre-filter; 600-800 CFM air flow; Unit shall have vinyl strip doors; Power Unit will sit off to one side and will pump HEPA filtered air; Airlock will make aproximately 100 air changes per hour; System must be capable of running 24 hours per day; Must be capable of positive or negative air pressure; 2) airshowers -- Skin: 16-20 mil, optically clear, hospital grade vinyl; Filtration: UL Class 1, High Efficiency Particulate Air filters; Frame: 1-1/4 inch diameter aircraft-grade aluminum tubing; air changes: 100 or more per hour; Dual inlet blower 3-6 amp/60 Hz/ w/pre-filter; 600-800 CFM air flow; Size: 2 feet 5 inches wide, 18 inches deep x 54 inches to top of HEPA filter, to be made flush with ceiling; 1 each protective tubing; will include: aluminum framework, constructed of aircraft grade aluminum tubing; 3) Air Curtain -- Skin: 16-20 mil, optically clear, hospital grade vinyl, Filtration: UL Class 1, High Efficiency Particulate Air filters; Frame: 1-1/4 inch diameter aircraft-grade aluminum tubing; Air Changes: 100 or more per hour; Dual inlet blower 3-6 amp/60 Hz/ w/pre-filter; 600-800 CFM air flow; unit shall have vinyl sidewalls and vinyl strip doors; Power unit will sit off to one side and will pump HEPA filtered air; Airlock will make approximately 100 air changes per hour; System must be capableof running 24 hours per day.
